The only issues with Atom Eve are her physical abilities, as long as she can react in time to a viltrumite then she can definitely win (on paper), but if she's not at her best/most alert and a viltrumite decides to zoom through her, it's kind of game over (I'm kind of surprised they don't do that more often to their enemies).

In principle she should be able to rearrange the molecules in any viltrumite she is fighting, but I dont think that ever comes up .

I mean. To a degree she's stronger but at the end of the series she's still weaker than an average viltrumite. Her best feat in the entire series was reviving her and mark but that did nothing but help themselves. She cant stop viltrumites well at all
