I think peer to peer network is scalable because when more devices participate in the network they participate in data delivery and provides infrastructure.

If IP address is like human's name to identify each person, Should there be by any chance that there are some application of different device that have one same IP address?
if one team in A country create a network system, and there also B country and C country are working to create a network system too. Will they have same IP address at some point?

sir as you say in message size concept that the size of message transmitted will depnd upon the LINK, so why at 4:45 u say that reciever will tell sender how much data it can handle at a time. Bcz either the size of message transmitted depends on LINk carrying capacity or on the data that can be handled by reciever
