Day 3 of Making Healthy Desserts: 1-minute Protein Brownie Cookie😍 It’s vegan & gluten-free! This cookie contains about 15 grams protein💪🏻 It’s super fudgy and chocolaty😋

Ingredients
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon peanut butter (I use a pb that is 100% made of peanuts)
2 tablespoons vegan chocolate protein powder
1 tablespoon cacao powder
4 tablespoons almond milk
1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips (I used 80% dark chocolate)

1. Mix the maple syrup and peanut butter together
2. Add the protein powder, cacao powder and almond milk and stir until combined
3. Spread the mixture on a plate lined with parchment paper
4. Add the dark chocolate chips on top
5. Cook in the microwave for 40-50 seconds (800W)
