Among all the incredible shots, the losing one was possibly the most impressive. Responding to a brutally spun swipe that seemed to defy basic physics laws (let alone the possibility of a remotely normal human being making contact), he manages to send it back to what looks like a half-millimeter away from the table's edge. If somebody in the crowd had burped differently at that exact moment, or perhaps a fly 20 feet away flapped its wing a bit faster or slower, the ball would have made contact. Even missing, probably an incredibly perfect shot.
