“As mothers, our voices should be the most comforting thing to our children. Our hands should be the most gentle touches that they feel. Our children should never hear our voices and want to run away. Our children should be hearing our voice and want to come running into our arms. That is what God has designed mothers to do. We are to be tender and soft and gentle. That is precious to God.”

Wow! This is SO true and has really encouraged me. Thank you so much for this incredibly timely word.

I’m already crying just seeing the title because I feel like this is the video that I’ve been waiting for, for the longest time.

On the other hand, if you are at the receiving end of anger and can’t remove yourself, “a soft answer turneth away wrath”.

This perspective!!! “If anything just look at the hands of our children. Nothing is more humbling than looking at our children’s tiny hands and feet” 🥺🥺🤍🤍

Oh my gosh this was for me. I grew up in a house where yelling and cursing were the norm. Got married and it happens in my house now. I NEED to pray over my house with verses every hour like our lives depend on it!! Thank you for this!!!!

When I read the title of your video I broke down crying. I had just had a breakdown and cried out to God telling him how angry I am, with Him, with the world, with myself.
I just lost my baby girl at the beginning of September, she was stillborn at 40 weeks and 3 days. I’ve been so angry at God for taking her from me, for letting me get so far along and to show up at the hospital thinking we’d be going home with our baby, only to leave empty handed. I just don’t understand why. My sister and I were pregnant together, she had twin girls and I just can’t bring myself to hold them. My sister in law is literally in labor as I type this and will be having her baby girl soon and I’m so angry and hurt that I don’t have my baby to hold. I feel so lost and broken and I feel myself getting bitter and taking it out on my husband and not being the best mother for my older daughter.

For future ideas. Can you possible write in the description every verse you’ve used. So we can also write down and study. I would love to have all the written verses and study it. Sometimes I don’t have all the time to sit and listen for all the verses. Mom 3 under 3 🤗

“They’re exposing the sin that is already in our heart” moved my spirit and is so powerful. I’ve heard people say our children know our weaknesses and “push those buttons” specifically. This is a way better perspective on something us moms know to be true. Thank you 🙏 15:13

This video is such an answered prayer! I’m six months PP tomorrow with baby girl #2 and have been struggling so bad with anger! I’m literally appalled at myself for the things I’ve done and said to my children. I love the idea of setting alarms for praying Bible verses. I’m going to screenshot what you have and get that set up right now! I hope this helps me memorize God’s word to fight against the evil one. Thank you Milena for following God’s will for your life so you can minister to us mamas. I know so many of us needed this video 🤍🙏🏼

All the verses in the video 📖:

Thank you for this God lead video, I’m almost 39 weeks pregnant. Hormonally I’ve been struggling— but in my fleshly sin nature I struggle with my tone. I’ve been praying that the Lord would help me have a positive tone, a softer tone. Crying/ screaming really makes me anxious and I often don’t handle these situations with a soft tone. Ive been super convicted lately— I was raised by a mother who had a very critical tone/ tongue. A learned pattern— but that doesn’t have to be the pattern I walk in.
I love the tip to be comfortable with silence. A lot of times I get exasperated when my younger toddlers aren’t quick to listen or obey.

Incredible… and so convicting. I need to listen to this over and over and over and over again.

This video was such a blessing to me! I’m the mom who grew up in a very abusive household where hitting, beating, threatening and screaming was part of every day life for me. I vowed I wouldn’t be that way to my children but here I am… screaming my way away from the temptation to spank my children. I thought I was weird for being so angry at such little people or feeling as though yes I love my kids but I do not like them. I pray that the Lord make me soften my heart. I pray the eyes, mouths and hearts of all the mamas struggling with anger including myself. I’m setting those alarms now! Thank you x10000 Also, the entire proverbs 10 speaks much about our mouths. ❤️

I’m only half way through but this is a great video thank you! I’ve really struggled with anger and I’ve found a couple of things helps me recently:
1) using noise reducing ear plugs (I’ve just got Loop earplugs and they’re v good)- can still hear the children but the crying and noise is reduced and less overwhelming
2) I wear a children’s teething toy around my neck as a necklace to squeeze when I’m really frustrated- having something to release my emotions onto is helpful.

Thanks again xx

I'm the one who was not an angry person until I became a mom, it's been a few years of praying that the Lord would help me be a calmer mother. One thing that I can advise that has helped tremendously is to focus on the solution and not the problem. So as soon as I feel a little bit of anger stirring up in my head I will tell myself "get to the solution" this alone has helped me to remain a calmer and peacefull mother

Ive struggled with this as well, but Mathew’s verse that says “for by your words you will be acquitted or condemned” convicted me so much and I work tirelessly to adjust my tone and the words I choose. Milena your encouragement and videos and testimony has helped me so much! I now pray over myself (hand on head!) and ask for a quiet and meek spirit and that my words be of peace, gentleness, light, and honor. Thank you for all the things Milena ✨😊
