today I will show you how to Remove Car scratches by hand Autoglym Scratch Remover & super resin polish.

Can Autoglym Scratch remover put an end to the machine polisher? In this Video I attempt to remove a scratch by hand using the complete scratch remover kit from Autoglym. Will it work? and is this better than meguiar's scratch X and T-Cut?

Yet another all you need to know detailing video. A simple but affective way of showing other valeters how to approach each situation. Well done David.

Great video Dave. Very valid points you made about scratches. If the scratch is through the clear coat, no matter what compound, polish or machine is used the scratch will remain. A cheap temporary fix to help disguise a scratch that has gone through to the primer, is to use a crayon pencil. Of course that fix will be very temporary.

Hi Dave. Another great video.
I have seen used car sales guys using products like this to remove scratches. Even if it lightly disguises the scratch, thats good enough to get it off the forecourt. The general public however, may have unrealistic expectations to what they can achieve with this system, and as you have pointed out, thats when the problems start.
I look forward to your next video.

Hi dave I love auto glym products, they are so easy to use, If I can't remove a scratch I just bring the car to my brother he's a panel beater and he fixes most things for me 👍👍👍👍

great & fun video Dave, we all know real men prefer to hand polish (in full summer sun of course)! 😉 I use the Chem Guys hex pads (3 pack), and Meg's Ult Compound & Polish, hard work but worth it in the end. Would be cool for you to consider the opposite, and have a video look at a starter DA machine polisher, to save the post hand-polish aches & pains the following day.

Also worth pointing out that, when you machine a deep scratch, it knocks off its sharp edges. This makes it much harder to see unless the light is just right (or do I mean just wrong? xD). Again, not exactly a remover but a damn good disguise!

Awesome advice and very well documented in a step by step guide, I’ve got some light scratches on my A-3 S line and that product is the very thing to remove them 👍

Great video, a quick off topic question, do you use a gazebo in the bad weather?

Great video. How long does this last? Will the scratches re appear after time/washing?

Hi Dave, absolutely love the videos, funny and informative. Great work.
Quick question why do compounds and other products have use by dates

I have used T Cut all my life, nothing else. All these products are expensive copies. T Cut works. Just use regular polish afterwards to get a shine.
