The road has not been easy for “Dance Mom’s” star Abby Lee Miller. After completing her prison sentence last year, the famed dance instructor was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. But if anything, Abby has proven she is a fighter and is not ready to hang up the dance shoes. I remember reading Carrie and finding myself in the title character. The novel is about menstruation and how puberty is a stepping stone in the development of an adolescent girl. I felt so lonely when I had my first period and had nobody to turn to, since the rapport I had with my mom wasn't close enough. I felt so alone, ashamed and desperate and when years later I read the novel I thought: yep, that's exactly what it felt like and was amazed it had been written by a man (Stephen King). Back to the video: what exactly did Abbie expect from a prepubescent girl?

I’m gonna be controversial here and say I don’t think Ellie could’ve pulled off Straight Escape as well as Lilly did. She’s a very talented dancer, but imo she’s not as good a performer, particularly when it comes to dark pieces.

It’s fun to be on this side of things! I LIKE IT! Jojo is a Queen! It’s amazing that Abby told Jojo that she just wasn’t the best dancer and they were all famous but Jojo just ended up REALLY BIG and she amazing and I love her!
