My lola said it"s for better eye sight so as squash...

But my question is do i need to eat it raw or is it ok to eat it cooked like an ingredients in a dish??

Like boiled Saging na Saba and Camote still with good benefits...

The consumption of any Calories will "activate" your metabolism.

But actually, your metabolism is ALWAYS active...assuming that you are alive.

In that case, I need to stop eating so many carrots! Not everybody needs to speed up our metabolism. But they are so naturally sweet and crunchy!

Metabolism is your “idle” it depends on your “engine size” good luck “activating” a 35 BMI with 3 carrots. Let me guess…you are going to sell something soon?
