CDI Injector Coding

preview_player
Показать описание
Due to more stringent emission laws, CDI injectors must be coded so that the ECU can identify the tolerance range of the needle and nozzle assemblies. This way, the ECU can accurately vary the fuelling of the mixture to maximise engine performance, while maintaining the strict emission requirements.

Interesting video. I hope I never have to change my injectors. That scanner is amazing, but quite expensive. Any hope for a cheaper alternative that does the coding?

THIS IS ONE OF THE BIGGEST CONS IN THE CAR INDUSTRY make all codes the same so need to calibrate BUT ? THE CAR MARKERS DO NOT MAKE ANY MONEY RIP OFF

Brilliant video. So is "Programming" the replacement Injector also known as "Calibrating" ? I'm just curious if there is a difference between Injector Programming and Injector Calibrating. Sorry if this seems a dumb question to ask of course ?
