Pro-tip, when you can, loosen the injector hold down, and crank the engine. If it still won't come out, start the engine and let it warm up, with the injector loose its worked for me. It's like gas raging a diesel, most time it works and its dangerous. Don't end up with a injector in your forehead.

If the tube pulled out, it probably needed to be replaced anyway, and may have been to source of the leak to begin with.

If the car runs, best getting it really hot before trying to remove. I've got a puller set, really does make things easier but you have to be careful with those and a little spacer drops out when you unscrew the top.

Did well to get it out. A new tube is cheaper than getting the injector rebuilt after stripping to fit the slide hammer. 👍 And they just press fit too. 🎉

Fitted those tubes before - needed just a little anaerobic sealer at the top and bottom - a 12 x1.5 slide hammer adapter can be used on the injector feed pipe with them -

I always use lacquer thinner. Pour a bunch on the base and after 2 mins i can pull it out with ease

one thing i do to try loosen up welded injectprs is cut off the hexagonal head on the injector hard lines (since theyll get replaced anyways) put back on the thread pf the injector and get a socket and extension to work it loose. saves damaging the injector any further and has saved my knuckles many times

Been there, done that! Removing the top of the injectors causes no damage. Much quicker too

I have a very simple solution, just put some drops of DOT4 and leave it for an hour, all the black cooked diesel gets melted and then you take out the injector easily 👌👌

I'm a Peugeot technician and we put a shocket in ten feeding of the injector and we rotate and it will free itself
