The manager should have kept an eye out too. Especially if she already appeared to know the wait staff was incompetent. The place isn't even busy too. Everyone faces racism even in this day.

It always amazes me that even though they have been forwarned that today a very important person will come in, it never crosses their mind, that it might be that person they are being so mean to, or at least be on their best behavior for when that person walks in.

First of all, the manager tells the dude to look out for someone who looks super successful, and super rich, and then someone comes in, looking super successful, and super rich, and yet he still treats her with indignation and disrespect. But that's besides the point - the point is, in the hospitality industry, you are meant to treat any person you cater to, with decency and respect, regardless of their class (unless they violate that, but I digress). If you are not willing to do that, then you are most certainly, in the wrong industry....

This waiter should have kept updated with the news, but to be racist and rude to Nikki Bella just because she was casually dressed and black. His boss will not be happy with the attitude and fire him, he is too toxic for the job!! Dan deserves it!!

That waiter definitely deserved to be fired and this goes to show that you should never judge anyone
