It’s soo important that you mention this issue! It’s true, lots of girls feel lonely and insecure about their appearance, which makes them so willing to be “chosen”. Patriarchy is interested in making women believe they’re rivals, so that they never unite and gain real power. The old rule of dividing and conquering (“divide et impera”). That’s why I’m so glad to see girls who fight against internal misogyny. ❤

If someone praise me for not being like other girls, I'd be weirded out. Even praises like "you're pretty" make me feel uncomfortable.
