Mark Zuckerberg says his piece on the Apple Vision Pro, compares it to the Quest 3, and of course, thinks Meta Quest 3 is the better headset.

I think that the CEO of the company just having a sit down and being real. Is word enough. Relaxed, not so tense. I think he is really getting better at these human things.

The hand occlusion, better passthrough, and the micro oled display are sick af. Hopefully meta (or samsung? Google?) gonna bring those with facial+eye tracking because apple closed system is a big NO NO.

I don't see this as "being real" at all, I love my quest 3 but I don't think his take is right in multiple ways. The hand tracking in quest 3 does not appear better from what Ive seen and heard. The persistence of the vision pro is worse (higher) but I think the quest 3 is unusable for productivity because of the resolution. Also the way vision pro tracks your space is a league above and looks like it would save a lot of time compared to the quest 3s fiddly space setup.

Quest is already better than Apple Vision, it offers games, computer and more.
remember that Quest 3 will always be updated in the future

Apple Vision is pre-fully updated and Quest is just new and doesn't compete with the update.
