Due to time constraints it is impossible for me to put out a video on every job I record or even to record every job that I do. As I've told my friends, I have literal terabytes of unedited video in storage. I told Mr. Ed the other day that I could put out a video every week until the end of 2020 even if I didn't record another job and I wasn't exaggerating. Some of it is great and some not so much. Since we do removal jobs along with other work pretty much all year long I never really take a break from recording. Because I record more than one job a week and only have time to edit one video a week at best it's unlikely you'll ever see all of them but it pains me not to show the ones I like so I'm going back through older jobs to edit some of those over the winter.

This video is timely in the fact that Steve's fiftieth birthday is coming up next month and I thought he might enjoy looking back on the work we did together. Happy birthday Steve Payne.

The outro music is April Sky (Schill Paulsen Remix) - Sebastian Forslund - Epidemic Sound

The intro music is Satellite - Onda Norte - Epidemic Sound

I'm only halfway through this video, but I think these bees win the most docile, gentle bees of 2019 award.

Seeing all that beautiful honeycomb reminded me of my Grandma G. She would give my brother and I pieces of honeycomb to chew on as a treat. Grandma G. was and is my hero. She taught me to organic garden WAY before it was cool. She taught me how to cook from scratch too. She lived to be 103. I love her dearly and miss her daily. Blessed be.

I don’t know which I find more remarkable, not wearing protective suits or not even needing to. Outstanding.

I got home from work and my 8 year old came running up to me, " Dad! Dirt Rooster has a new video up, can we watch it for dinner?! " Thanks for helping turn my kids on to bees, and educating them and entertaining them at the same time. Cheers from California.

that was the calmest hive I have ever seen, that would be a great hive to keep with the bees being so temperate, you were touching them without protection and they were still so chill!

i love how when you touch them they're like "Hey, that's a bit rude!" and walk away.

Video thumbnail should have read, "This is going to bee expensive"

I've seen many people handling bees. You are particularly thorough, careful and gentle not to hurt them unnecessarily. It's visible that you care for them. Kudos to you man. You got yourself a subscriber.

I'm a hobbyist beekeeper & the fact that these bees aren't going berserk is amazing to me.

Sorry about the double notification. The entire video did not upload the first time. I hope those of you who saw the first one will enjoy the last five minutes you missed before.

I miss my wife lost her to cancer 2 years ago and I miss the honey bees that we had together. Kristies had a ball when it was time to extract the honey from the hives

Bees, Termites, & Roaches? Burn the place down and start over!!!
Honey Bees are worth saving, the rest are destructive buggers. They seem to be helping each other.

I'm glad you humanely harvest the bees, I know it takes a lot of work, but glad to see another beekeeper that cares, thx for the vid.

I was in my 3 bedroom ranch house in Elgin, Illinois. Bees made a 2 inch hole through my drywall ceiling. One flew at me and stung me in my face, kind of felt like a hard spitball. I would never have thought someone would be playing with bees in shorts and tee shirt.

When I bought my house there was a bee hive behind my siding. I tried and tried to find someone to come and remove it but I live in rural small town USA and just to get someone who does that stuff here was astronomical. I knew that bee hives use the sound of their wings to communo cate so I tried putting my stereo speakers facing the wall they were located in and blast rock and roll and music on them to try and drown out their communications. It worked :) yay for me!

Sooo, the termites and the bees made a deal. The bees said they will guard the termites but they needed a way in. A deal was struck and now a lady is out $20, 000.

Sorry I had to. I'll just let myself out.

That's why the bee's were so calm, the children drove them crazy. Their enjoying their weekend before the kids come back!

I climbed a wooden fence and broke it. Inside were a bunch of wasp. I ran, rolled around, and ran more got stung so many times. These bees however were like "sup dude want some honey".
