I was facing this issue when i was a teenager I consulted psychiatrist he prescribed me 5 things 1.Focus on spirituality 2.Meditation 3 Walking 4 Eat ground nuts 5 Drink plenty of water I have followed this by grace of God I am out of this situation.If the problem is out of control consultant psychiatrist take some medication

I also faced this but we can overcome it with little changes in life, first of all we should change our mind thoughts and perceptions about things we are thinking! I overcome it successfully, i am hoping and praying for speedy and healthy recovery to those who are feeling this!

Those who are suffering from such issues or any other issues like depression, overthinking or anxiety, please add breathing exercises into your daily routine guys atleast thrice a day or simply go for swimming best sport to heal yourself

Currently living alone, just last month, i started to feel depressed, lonely, and in a sudden i started to remember everything that happened to me .
I remember, i was breathing heavily, yet my head was hidden, curled into a ball . Feeling like someone is shouting in my ear, while no one was near .
In fury, i punched the wall . Which led to injure my knuckles badly . The pain worked, making me come to my senses eventually .

It’s the worst feeling ever.. it feels like you are going to have a heart attack any time or you are going to die any time.. you chest hurts badly, you suffocate, sweat and you heart beats abruptly. You loose your appetite and sleep and you are in a constant state of fear. These are just few symptoms and only people you have experienced it and struggling with anxiety can relate.

Panic attack:
Feeling of intense fear without any definite reason.
Heart rate increase.
Sweating.
Sweating of Palm and sole.
Feeling of dizziness
Feeling that you are gon a die due to heart attack

I had faced it recently every details shared by him is right but running and walk outside would help when you are normal try to stay away from negativity and relax life is much important than any other things

He has explained it so well. And the moment he said you will be ready to do anything in that situation is very very true. You are the weakest at that point. You can even trust your enemy at that point.

Panic attacks are when you are with everyone still you are alone all the time.. you don't even know the reason why this is happening with you.. your brain stops working you dont know which direction to go in.. you are always confused.. fed up of life.. you see all your age people progressing you also want to.. but still you can't because you just want to sit idle and do nothing.. you want to leave house change your location but anxious to do that too.. its like you can't stay in house and can't stay far either.. your eyes are always heavy, you always feel sleepy and have dark circles.. its like you want to cry alot to someone but can't because you don't know the reason and you can't tell this to anyone.. literally no one will understand you.. at this time even all friends will leave you slowly slowly.. they'll listen for 2 days max.. your family members will treat as if you have gone mad.. they'll start comparing you with everyone around without knowing your situation.. and that's not their mistake honestly they won't understand what phase you're going through.. you'll be all alone in the sea with no one to rescue you around and you'll have no hope in professional as well in personal life.. Panic attack, Depression and Anxiety is scary.. Most dangerous situation in someone's life you can say..
If anyone is in such situation and they have toxic family literally NOTHING WORKS..
