I know the point of this video is that these are alternative endings, but I just had to say that Germany annexing Eastern US was literally never going to happen. Even if WW2 went perfectly for Germany, which already was destined to not happen, then the best Germany could dream for is victory in Europe and a ceasefire with the US. The US industry was just way too capable at the time, and Germany would be no competition if the war became one where Germany tried to a conquer the US. They couldn't even cross the English channel when they controlled the entire continent.

Secret ending: Canadian Fury.
Canada had enough of being America's hat and decided to annex the US in a surprise invasion. Little changed in daily life and so nobody resisted Canadian occupation.
