Here's some more endings I came up with:
British Ending: With continued British rule decades after the Revolution failed, British America expands west, slavery is abolished in 1832, and in 1854 the Dominion of North America is established. An alternate Commonwealth of Nations is established in 1922, with America being one of the founding nations. Today America is one of the most powerful and peaceful nations in the world, but isn't as influential as OTL.

Monarchist Ending: With improbable odds beaten, Emperor Joshua Norton successfully stages a coup against the government in 1867 and annexes Mexico. The American Empire is established, and over the next century colonies are established throughout Polynesia and Africa.

Second Civil War: The constant political problems of the 2020s get to a breaking point in 2025, and the Second American Civil War starts.
---Ending A: Kamala Harris's government wins, bringing America back to democracy, and American conservatism becomes a relic of the past.
---Ending B: Moderate Republicans tear off of the rest that join the Patriot's Front, and win. America's political state is similar to what it was prior to 2015, but with Republican dominance.
---Ending C: The Patriot's Front (Trump's Republicans and far-right militias) win and do everything in their power to enforce white supremacy in the United States. The American Dream is dead, and the world now shudders at the future...
---Ending D: The American Socialist Liberation Army (Communist Party USA, New Afrikan Liberation Front, and other left-wing groups) win, bringing communism to a country that once fought for 46 years to destroy it. Over the next 50 years, the U.S. is transformed into the United Councils of Turtle Island and slowly liberates all the other nations in North America from the "settler colonialist" nations that once existed.
---Ending E: The United States is permanently fractured by the 2030s, with nobody wanting to reunify. Maybe this is for the better...
