1. What version of Adobe Acrobat do you need to do this? Pro or Standard?
2. Can you apply calculation to multiple fields at one time? I see you had to apply it to each amount separately.

Hi ~ This is very helpful, thank you! I wonder about a step to enter in the sales tax percentage ahead of time, so the user doesn't have to manually enter that each usage? Would that a calculated field using the Simplified field notation option?
