I have the same one. Use it daily. It's great for the price.

Been using a Pittsburgh for a few years now. I may be a diy guy, but it's been amazing so far

After owning a couple of those ratchets (3/8 and 1/4) I think the flop head feature does have its place in some instances but I would rather have the locking head for breaking off stubborn fasteners.

Wish they made more of the icon ratchet line with the 24k gold plating.

I have a DEWALT flex head I bought 3 years ago from Amazon & it was $25 still use to this day.

I actually just bought one earlier today due to the same deal. It’s my first ratchet that isn’t a craftsman, seems nice so far but I am concerned about the flex head getting floppy. Can’t complain for the price though.

The new gen icons ratchets that were in the last sema show are supposed to be much better than the ones in stores currently

I have used the icon ratchets they good for the price i prefer them over the new snap on 100 tooth ratchets

I have the regular size comfort grip flex 3/8. It's a good spare ratchet for my pickup tool bag, but I wouldn't use it as my main.

I bought all three flex head sizes and a 3/8 roto head when they had the 40% off sale.
These are good for the DIYer which I am but I would upgrade to something a little better if I was a professional. Now a days there are a lot of choices that won’t break the bank like Snap On does if you want to save some money.

I can see when a locking flex head would be preferable but to me makes no difference most of the time and that was a nice tool to me

We are witnessing the birth of a Harbor Freight fan boy. Give it time. He's 25 years behind. Maybe 25 years ahead if you factor in scarcasm.

It is difficult to tell sometimes.

Love the Harbor but for my go to 3/8 ratchet I'm happy to spend

The brand doesn’t matter, warranty, and not needing the warranty is the most importance. No fun when a tool breaks in the middle of a job.

I've been using one daily for over a year at the family transmission shop.

Just modify it if need be, tbh I need to work on my craftsmanship

Own many brands of ratchets and perfer the Icon for all my work at the shop. Good quality smooth ratchets so far with no issues. I use the flex head designs primarily and have not had any problems with head flop. There seems to be a tension washer in the design which has been reliable so far in keeping the head steady enough while in use. The torx pivot bolt does not change the tension, so tightening it is not relative to the head movement. Great ratchets overall👍
