Ah, the splitter. Add Mixtool to either end of a split, activate mid/side on each Mixtool and then EQ mid and side independently. Excellent tool for opening up mixes you don't have stems for.

At 5:14 seconds you can see there are only 3 split modes: Normal, Channel Split and Freq Split.
I always felt there should be a 4th option for Mid-Side Split - this way, we would not have to open two additional 'mixtool plugins' for mid-side processing.
