2 tsp old bay seasoning
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp complete seasoning
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 sazon packet

3 sprigs of thyme
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 cup of rice
2 cups of water
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
Fancy pimentos drained and chopped finely
1 jalapeño or scotch bonnet pepper (seeds removed and chopped finely

Cook on 350 for 35 minutes with lid on then remove lid and cook uncovered for 10 minutes
