The Billboard chart was always so much better than the UK Singles Chart which in 1991 was littered with rubbishy novelty records. Mariah Carey was so much bigger then too in the States and Whitney's I'm Your Baby Tonight has so many great memories for me. Awesome! Thank you for sharing this.
