St. Augustine has always been Anna's family's beach vacation destination. So her and I have basically made going down there an annual tradition!

It's such a beautiful place, I decided to write a song about it.

In a way, it's a simple song. The entire thing is just a single guitar part, and vocals.

But in another way, it's a very complex song because that guitar part is really intricate and complicated... basically as complicated as I could make it while still being able to sing at the same time 😉

I love the way it comes together. Very sunny and ethereal, kind of like a daydream.

I grew up in florida and the imagery in this made me miss my parents, and I honestly teared up thinking about my experiences with all the beautiful things this song mentions. Great song and thank you for that!
