Been miserable since college freshman year of college 2003. I don't even know what normal feels like anymore. Summers are usually better. Winter is the worst. Bladder issues, groin pain, shoulders and back sore. I'm very fit only because bike racing and duathlons keeps me focused away from bladder issues. 36 now and I just accept that I will always be miserable.
