Did you know that Netflix button on Samsung TVs will turn on the TV and start Netflix like it is the case with other TV manufacturers? But specifically for this situation, it is interesting to see that even when the TV is turned on, Netflix button is causing issues.

Yeah I never use the TVs internal Apps, especially Tizen... I use an Apple TV 4K on my Samsung.

Try a hard reset (turn off the tv and unplug from the wall for 25 seconds and plug it back then turn it on) this should solve this issue.

If it doesn’t work, and you’re not able to reinstall the app, try a tv software update.

If none of these work…. Then I’ve run out of Solutions buddy 😂
