The Gift of tongues is a gift. I have read and continue stay in relationship with Yeshua the Christ. I heard through the years pastors, clergymen etc. tell people to practice this or that in order to speak in tongues. So yes it is indeed a gift from the Holy Spirit and not from man.

This video is out of line with the Word of God. You cannot teach anyone to speak in tongues! On the day of Pentecost, the upper room experience had those people speaking in actual languages that others understood! They were declaring the goodness of God in foreign languages. We must read the Bible with wisdom and understanding. And so many people are speaking in these so called tongues and they have no power! Jesus said that you will receive power after the Holy Ghost come upon you. Some have fake tongues and no power to even heal or deliver anyone from anything! Please do better.
