what if a person couldn't go to bed early? srsly i couldn't sleep no matter how much i tried, I'll end up staying awake till fajr...help i have insomnia 😭 i tried my best to go to bed early, but failed, sometimes it works but i get to miss my fajr prayer😢😢 this is serious.

I think one thing is missing here before going to sleep a person should not forget to make wudhu(ablution) ...
