I love Brioche. I proof the yeast with the milk. Put all wet the ingredients in the stand mixer. Eggs, all the BUTTER, salt, ( sugar, yeast, milk), after all are in the bowl put ALL the flour in and start on low with hook, after a min. increase speed When it gets slightly sticky (5 min) I take it out slightly flour table, fold several times., shape into a smooth ball let rise 30 min, punch it down, shape it into a pan shape or rolls and let rise 3 hours and bake it, 350⁰ until golden brown. The mixer does a great job. Smooth right out of the bowl.

I baked your brioche yesterday, I doubled the quantity of ingredients (to have 2 brioches) and it was a great succes. Brioches were perfect, exactly as in your pictures and video :))

Ingredients

270 g (2+1/4 cups) all purpose flour
4 g (1/2 tsp) salt
40 g (3 tbsp) sugar
6 g (2 tsp) instant dry yeast
2 (100 g) eggs room temperature and beaten
45 g (3 tbsp) whole milk or any other milk (skimmed, vegetable...)
70 g (1/3 cup) unsalted butter room temperature

After I watch this video yesterday. I decided to make it and made it today. And yes, it is lovely and tasty. I didnt have butter I made it with margarine. And I cut it half. And put it in a square glass tray with paper. Thank you! I wish to send you the pics.
