This video explains how to create a find duplicates query in Microsoft Access. Duplicates query. The tutor explains how to use the query wizard to create a find duplicates query. The tutor uses the title, first name and surname to search for duplicates, and then displays all other fields to check if the record is a genuine duplicate. Once the duplicate query runs all duplicate records must be checked before they are removed. Once duplicates are removed the query should show no duplicates when run. The duplicates query should form part of any database and should also be checked often to ensure no duplicates are present.
