If the name is separate in 2 columns: Firstname, Lastname. Will find the duplicates? I want to find both duplicates at the same time on the firstname and lastname, if not it won't work for me because last name and firstname repeats a lot but does not mean it's duplicate, example, if I say show and delete duplicates under lastname with the name Nguyen it will delete so many clients that are not duplicates. This name Nguyen is very common and repeats a lot. For me it's better show firstname and lastname duplicates in each row and highlight for better visibility. Thank you for your video.

Very good!!! finaly I know how to remove double records with a query. Ik was looking for it for years and Microsoft never helped. :-) You did and I learned it in 5 minutes.

I did exactly the way you did, and for some reason it's not deleting the duplicates.

contains differents sheets and in each of them, I have duplicate rows. The issue is that the information in 2 duplicates records are not the same from a column to another unless Last Name and First Name.
I have been able to identify duplicates records and store them in a temporary table. I have then deleted them from the initial table and want now to Append only one of each duplicated records from teh temporary table. Need your help for that or any other solution.
