I'm going to be brutally honest with you today. Sometimes I feel like a fraud. Or if you flip the perspective, sometimes I feel that I am lacking something, that I can't really call myself an expert, a thought that can be very stifling.

I need to remind myself time and time again, that I do not have to be an expert to serve my audience. I don't need to be the best. And I'm certainly not a fraud in any way shape or form, since just looking at what my students have achieved over the years will put that claim to shame.

But still, imposter syndrome doesn't go away. You would think that after twelve + years in this space, imposter syndrome would be long gone by now, but now. It does a pay a visit sometimes. Not as often as in the beginning, but it is there.

Today I want to help you move forward in your business and escape the shackles of imposter syndrome. I will be outlining some strategies and thought patterns that have been immensely helpful for me, in hopes that they will be helpful for you too.

Let's have great and honest discussion about imposter syndrome. Because it is when we are able to talk about these kinds of things, that their grip on us actually starts to loosen up.

I have watched this all the way through at least 3-4 times. I have a PhD in Chemistry and despite publishing multiple papers and completing over a dozen research projects. I am always stressed in coaching other people in research. I often wonder if someone will realize that what I am doing is not the best for everyone. Then, I always have to remember that there are people I am helping and that's all that matters in the end!

I’ve actually been sitting on a course that’s completed in it’s early stages, but have been hesitant to put it out because of the nature of what’s in it + the quality of the video. Great topic. On the concept of results matter more than credentials. What if you have multiple people in a niche all with different opinions on a topic, wouldn't the audience gravitate to the person with more credentials in that case?
