Hi...I tried to update the firmware of my osmo mobile 3 using the DJI app. But suddenly I read the message as update failed, and the LEDs of the device started blinking red and green and also the mobile was out of balance with the device. The app also indicates that the device is running low on battery, so I took out the mobile and charged the device, but still the LEDs kept on blinking red and green. Can you please help me with this...Thank you.

I bought a Dji osmo mobile 3 couple of Days ago.
But now i face a issue...
Its totally not working. Motor is stop, not moving, not stable, not move with joystick, dont work any button, jun on/off. Otherwise nothing.
Not work zoom button, not work M button, not work shutter button.

I uninstall app, then i download that again. Still not working..
I love dji. But i never except it.
It's really make me shocked.

Have any solution for me? Please help me.

When I go for rec. via DJI Mimo app my screen becomes black, record happens normally but it shows black, why does it happen ?

I habe problems with the Osmo 3. When I take a clip (let’s say 30-40”, but is irrilevant) than the whole video is replied so fast that is only 0.5” long. I tried to find out a solition but there is no mention about this issue.

Please put timer in PANO mode and other modes. I want to be able to shoot a pano alone. Also get 60fps in androids please even as a beta feature..

I connected my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 plus but when I start recording videos, it keeps on disconnecting and reconnecting, but no videos has been recorded...Am I doing something wrong here? Recording in 4K. Thanks!

Flashing Green & Red Light Issue, can be fixed by updating Firmware, some time it may not fully downloaded or installed thats why lights keep flashing red and green.
So the only solution is download it fully and upgrade the firmware.
It will connect the phone with Dgi automatically one 100% done.

Really disapointing that there is only 1080p 30fps for my Lg G7 ThinQ, I should be able to record at 4k 60fps...
