I have it manually balanced like you did, but if I use the DJI it keeps tilting up, how do I fix that?

I cannot rotate the holder so the DPI logo is right side up. I have tried every position of each of the swivels in the holder, the "elbow" of the arm, the connection to the base, etc. - I have watched over and over as I manipulate this thing, doing my best to reproduce each of your steps.

But that upright logo is not happening.

I assume there is something I am missing or doing wrong, but I cannot see any difference between what you are doing and what I am doing - except for the fact that I cannot position the holder so the logo is upright. Do I have a defective device?

Thanks so much for the video! I have my phone and gimbal quickly balanced now, but I may not have been able to accomplish this going off the Osmo’s really poor documentation.

I'm experiencing the issue of my gimbal rotating to the right side Non-stop. As soon as I turn it on it begins to rotate on its own. What can I do to control it because I have no control over it.

I have an Iphone 6S Plus with an otterbox synergy case and because of the width I'm unable to balance vertically. To be honest only horizontal balance really matters.

Is this balancing thing has to be done every time i connect the phone yo gimble or this is just a one time thing?

Mine doesn't swing left or right when trying to balance it for the first time.
Instead mine swings the direction of the screen towards the floor. It's like
it's too heavy. I have an IPHONE 11 Pro Max. Can someone help?

Hu, just purchased this device and I opened it and no matter what I do it's not balancing. I'm getting grayer with each attempt to get it balance. When you lift the arm up, it continues to swing, unlike your example where it's stable with the arm. Greeee. So, how is the arm supposed to stay still? I'm feeling that I've wasted my money. So any help you can provide would be welcomed.

Thanks for the instructions...very helpful. When you were balancing in the vertical position, we couldn't initially see what you were adjusting but eventually we saw. Did your unit come fully charged?
