It seems like some people are a little bit confused. Make sure you select any mission that requires you to eliminate enemies to complete the objective. The mission should also be 10mins. By changing planets and checking different difficulty levels you should always find this mission type. The mission should also take place in a small area so you will be able to find all of the samples easily. The mission is short and you will get xp fast.
