16-year-old killed outside of his grandmother's home in Azusa

Alexander Padilla, 16, and his little brother were outside his grandmother's home when a car pulled up and shot them. Padilla's 13-year-old brother suffered a grazing wound but is expected to be ok. Kara Finnstrom reports.

It reminds me a lot of the late 1980s and 90s when gang turf wars took lives of young adolesents back then, its been a long time since I have heard of shootings like this, at least since then, when at that time this kind of news was common among youth in the suburbs and inner city, can't belive its happening again.
