Also remember Heartstopper is filmed in mostly single camera work. This means one scene can take ages to film, due to having to do the scene multiple times to get the coverage with one camera. That is what probably makes it exhausting for the actors involved along with the crew

Heartstopper production seems to be fairly reasonable compared to the marathon on US TV shows. Even Doctor Who production here in the UK has a rough schedule for their actors. I hate mornings. I am not a morning person myself. Unless I have coffee, I am a very tough person to be around at 7am
