Imagine being an extra in a sketch about extras

This made me think about how scary it would be if Zombies just mumbled sentences that their past self used to say.

The director is actually right. It doesn't matter much what the zombies says since proper sound will be added later in post-production.

The irony is they're not going to use the raw sounds recorded. They mute it and add their own sounds they create. That's why they don't care what sounds he makes

This is karma for stealing that ‘high on potenuse’ joke back in high school.

This skit shows how hardworking the background artists are

Poor Key, he just happened to have a rare disease that made him unlikeable.

This is the most accurate and funny video about film industry and how the extras behave on set. Extras are the most ambitious in the whole team.

He didn't realise that they were shooting a parody of a zombie movie

I wonder how the actual extras felt acting in this

I was a zombie extra on the first few episodes of The Walking Dead. It was fun. We even had to take a class on how they wanted us to portray the walkers as in movement.

"he's not doing a good job at it"
"You're doing a good job though, man "🤣🤣🤣

It’s because every.single.zombie.sound. you’ve ever heard on TV is added in during post-production lol

Nothing better than a key and peele sketch you haven’t seen before

As someone who's been a "background performer" on at least a dozen different shows, I can't tell you how real this feels for me.
Especially the first time you're a "featured" performer, and you don't know if you're doing what they want you to. Because this is roughly the amount of feedback that you get.

"Absolutely it supercedes it, but let's do one that JUST cedes it." Underrated line 🤣

Director: Get rid of him.
Steve: I have a condition that makes me unlikable.

This one is great; everyone think it is about them adding sound in posproduction therefore not caring about what the extra says, but, I think it is actually a commentary about hierarchy on TV shows sets; in particular, how extras are basically voiceless props in the eyes of the main cast, producers and director of the show.

I feel like the director was overlooked saying “absolutely it supersedes it, but let’s do one that just… sedes it” lol

there were probably people in the background that got offended because they were doing their actual first day as an extra, playin a zombie.
