This is for the people that think that there gonna get strong like him in 4 weeks Guys dont think by just doing this for 4 weeks will give results his been training for a few years this takes time yeah is a good work out but by the time you try it the second time you wouldn’t feel anything so no pain mo gain plus you need to eat a lot so yeah and im saying this to the people that think they’ll get results like him but yeah keep up the good work Ivan Rusavok

Fun fact for some people about push ups. In Japanese karate it does not matter how many push ups you can do. It matters how long you can do them for. For instance a well conditioned person can do five push ups in three minutes. By very slowly going up and down, never stopping the motion, always keeping tension and body weight active while slowly breathing. It was actually quite a impressive feat to witness in person.

Your advices have led to the most effective exercises I have ever done (and most excruciating), but results speak for themselves. I did calisthenics and bodyweight exercises mostly, but I have found these extra tips of yours for these types of exercises to be far more effective and satisfying to me personally than any painful occasions before that in the gym. In the process I took a muscle gain plan from next level diet, and without any additional supplements needed, my muscles started to grow massively over the last three months. Thank you Ivan for all the work you have done over the years.

I'll do 1 pushups for each like I get, and 10 pushups for each comment I get.

Так же не забывайте что для дома вам придется купить как минимум утяжелители кг на 20. И купить стероидов хотя бы на 1 курс который будет длиться миниум 3 месяца. И тогда через 3 месяца, всего за один месяц вы сможете накачать себе большие руки. Но к сожалению не сможете. Так как ни одного из представленных упражнений не является изолирующим. Вы будете качать себе спину, грудь и плечи, но только не бицепс трицепс, так как все напряжение на будет рассеиваться именно на эти части тела. В итоге за месяц тренировок, даже если они будут правильными, с определенным количеством подходов и повторений, а так же весом, вы всего лишь приведёте свои мышцы в небольшой тонус. При этом руки останутся такого же объема как и были до тренировок.
