When I first saw the title I thought rare was referring to the way it was cooked even though I saw the video, I thought they were gonna go to salmonella city

I think it's rare in where you live only.
Here in Vietnam, we never grill it. Treat it as a stew dish and it'd be wonderful

I'm from Taiwan, you can buy this kind of chicken everywhere, like a couple of US dollars for a whole one, they tastes ok, I think it's like normal chicken, but some say it's more nutritious

The dark skin chicken should be used in stew or steamed, since the meat is very delicate in taste

I love silky chicken! I’m glad you tried it out 😊 usually in Chinese dishes I’ve seen, it’s used to make broth-like soups. I’d totally recommend you test it out in a Chinese soup recipe!

You're cooking it wrong. This dark chicken has to be stewed, that's when the meat will reveal its flavors, it's so tender it's wonderful with a bowl of rice and the juice
