This is not what I wanted. I bought an IPad Pro with 512 GB of space and so far it is nothing but a iCloud interface. I want my files in my ipad and not necessarily in the Cloud. I am using iCloud for Windows but it is not picking up all the items, it will get like 26 out of 29 pictures, for instance.

You have not still answered the question. Without Wifi (for example in the airplane), how can you use dropbox and air share?
