Socrates, Plato, Aristotle: History of Greek Philosophy (Part 2) - The Problem of Epistemology

Показать описание
This video is a continuation on the discussion about the history of Greek philosophy, which focuses on the problem of epistemology or knowledge. This briefly discusses the overall implication of the philosophies of Heraclitus, Parmenides, Empedocles, The Atomists, and Anaxagoras in epistemology. More importantly, it schematically sketched the entry of the great philosophers, namely, Socrates, Plato, and Aristotle. The discussion, however, begins with the Sophists, particularly Protagoras and Gorgias.
