This is the best pizza you've had since starting keto, I'd bet money on it! Very easy to make and the dough recipe can be used for anything else you would use a fathead dough for. Its fluffy and delicious and can be seasoned sweet or savory. But hold out for the end to get that buttery **Dominos-esque** garlic bread crust! You're gonna die, its amazing.

Ingredients:
2.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup almond flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp xantham gum
2 eggs

Directions:
-preheat oven to 350
-microwave the mozzarella for 1 minute. Stir.
-add almond flour, xanthan gum and baking powder and combine as best you can.
-add 2 eggs and mix until all blended.
-microwave 30 seconds. Should get more fluffy. Stir again.
-Roll out or flatten with hands into the crust shape you want.
-Poke holes in the crust with a fork. Cook for 12-13 minutes at 350.
-Brush the crust with butter and top with a garlic salt seasoning. Add sauce and toppings and broil until melted on low.

NOTE** these measurements make 2 pizzas, or one large pizza. Total 4 servings.

Just tried this - awesome! Added to dry ingredients - 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp garlic powder. Wanted a more flavorful crust. Will use this to make a LOT of different things. I’ve tried 10 different recipes for this and yours is the BEST. That baking powder, xanthum gum is just right.

I love this recipe and use it often. I find it easier to mix all ingredients thoroughly before microwaving. That way, less kneading is required and the eggs are already incorporated. Lovely!

I just made this. This recipe is the best. I didn’t have any xantham gum. But it still came out so good. I cooked mines on both sides and then add my sauce and toppings Even my husband enjoyed it. Thank you for sharing 🙏🏾

I tried many versions of Fathead dough and finally after this video, I don't need to watch another video .
I've made dozens of keto pizzas now after this recipe.

I just made this crust for our pizzas. Wow! Excellent and easy! It browned beautifully and the texture and taste were perfect. No need for me to look any further, I found my forever pizza Crust! 🎉

Hands down the Holy Grail of low carb pizzas. I mixed 1/2 tsp of Italian season, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp dry yeast (for that yeasty flavor) and 1/2 tsp garlic powder to the almond flour. Other than that, I followed the recipe to a T. I have no need to try another recipe. My search is complete. This pizza is majestic AF.

Best pizza crust ever! Thank you so very much. We just finished our pizza. My husband loved it so much he said it was better than any pizza crust he ever made. And he made some awesome pizza, flour crust pizza. I looked all day to find your recipe. It was so worth the search. It would make great garlic bread. Also thanks for getting to the point quickly.

This is a freaking brilliant recipe. You're basically making crispy eggs with cheese as your crust, filled in with almond flour to make it more crust like. Well done. Incredible idea. Love it.

Just made this about an hour ago. You need look no further for your low-carb pizza, focaccia, dinner bread, etc. recipe! This was simply perfect and outstanding; and actually much better than my normal flour pizza dough. I substituted 1/2 cup parmesan for the extra 1/2 cup mozz. I also added some herbs de provence to the mixture, then butter, garlic powder and sea salt to the top before baking the entire flattened mixture for 25 mins at 350 (so it was thicker than you would make a pizza skin). The top was golden and crispy and the inside warm and soft bread. No pizza toppings. We just dipped slices in garlic olive oil. Just incredible!
