Since I started journalling daily. Writing about my feelings, goals, aspirations, etc, has been an absolute game changer in how I feel when trading. It's an amazing feeling when you take control of your emotions rather than being controlled by them.

Some days I even repeat my list of things several times, but the more power words and phrases we write and speak, they actually become a part of who we are. These things form our subconcious mind and underpin our decision making.

If you want to go far in trading, guys, make the effort to start a journal. You won't regret it.
