The Psychology of Live Trading | IMPORTANT Video

This video focuses on the psychology of live trading which is the hardest thing to overcome when trading. On a demo account... everyone is a superstar. Everyone averages 39, 15 & 12 or bats .427, but on a live account, all of that seems to dwindle away. Why is that?

We dive in on my opinion on the effects live trading has on you: BOTH ARE GOOD. Good when it's going bad, because it gives you a reality check showing you there's more to learn or good when it's great showing you you're elite. Y'all know me! Psychology and Risk Management are the TWO most important things when it comes to trading in my opinion... so I thought I'd give you guys another psychological video. Which is major.

What helped me really much to achieve a greater level in trading was adapting a probability mindset BUT you are not going to be able to have this mindset if you ain’t comfortable with your strategy. That’s why backtesting is the most important thing in the world because once you know your strategy really works, and it works for example 70% of the time then it’s going to be very easy to adopt probability mindset and that you can’t control what the market will do. What that enables you to do is to just go with the flow🌊

And yes you can still feel a little discomfort while entering a position and that’s normal, just remember that you can’t control the market and that it is a probability game, CANT STRESS THIS ENOUGH!!
