i have an important question. It is easy to share content with different people, but how to stop the share after some time? like i have sent the share link of my documents/pictures to different persons and now i want all those links to stop sharing the content. how can i stop share after some time?

there must be an option to "Share content for a day or a week or so..." so i dont even have to remember that how many people have access to my content now.

Hi, is this device works without internet? I mean if both my devices and this NAS are on same local network (my home network) and if there is no internet connection, will I be able to access to the NAS data? Currently I have a WD My Cloud device and I can access the data on it from my devices which are on the same local network, even if there is no internet connection. And it will be better if you guys make a video of configuring this device, creating users, shares etc.

So I added a user to my cloud home, yet they can't see any of the files I have on the hard drive. Why not when this was possible with the original my cloud drive? Seems like a step backwards to be honest

Why you have released a new separate app for this? What will happen for the existing customers who are using mycloud app which requires a lot of work and improvements! Your strategy isn't quite clear or favorable to existing customers

This app has been changed. Why has wd not updated it. Its a very unreliable device. sharing is hit or miss with files and folders appearing and disappearing. I am also told its been hacked and personal data allegedly stolen

this product is almost a scam they make their product so inferior to their other NAS product and advertise this product as a NAS product while we cant even manage anything in this Hardrive in terms of user restriction and we cant even map our path network properly shame on u WD
