Hey the fish one is mackerel (さば).
The duck one is pretty accurately translated; it's duck nikujaga (カモ肉じゃが). Nikujaga is basically a simple Japanese stew, consisting of meat (niku) and potato (jaga, or jagaimo).
Also those packets of instant rice are widely available in Japan; usually you microwave them, but you can also eat them cold (they're surprisingly good, even as-is).
