When I was in the Marines those baby Tabascos were a God send, we never really got to pick our MRE's, so what you got is what you got, unless a buddy was willing to trade with you. When you got a crappy MRE you Tabasco the heck out of it, made eating it a lot easier.

this might sound really random, but i love Emmy’s sense of food neutrality. i feel like so many food youtubers will throw in comments like “oh, don’t want to eat too much of this one!” or say things about dieting/foods being “bad”. i’ve never witnessed Emmy do that, even with more artificial and processed (read: less nutritious) foods, she’ll stick to very matter-of-fact wording and comments about the taste and feel. it’s really refreshing and nice to see, especially with so many people being influenced by the culture around “good foods” and “bad foods”. :)

The reason the bag is bright red on the outside reflective on the inside is during an emergency they are easier to spot by other survivors and the reflective surface can be used to signal rescuers or other survivors.
