The fillet command doesnt work for me. It asks for " select second object or shift select to apply corner or [ radius]:" . When i try to choose the second object it goes back to command.

which autocad edition are you using, im using 2016, it only shows the icons up in the tool, i have to wave my mouse near the buttons to se which tool is it, can you help me how can i make my ui like that
