Just a quick fact check - Starlink internet WAS provided and has been accessible by Ukrainian forces since the start of the conflict, however he refused to allow them to coordinate an attack on Russian naval ships in September 2023. But Starlink was provided to Ukraine very early on.

I dont know why people are crazy about the 40hour per week part? Was this part edited? Coz as i have watched the video, it said "minimum of 40 hours per week".
