Mongolian Beef Recipe BETTER than takeout | 30 MINUTE meal ideas for dinner!!!

When I discovered this dish my husband was elated! Why you ask??! Well, if my husband could live off Chinese food he WOULD! So to spend half the price you would at your local Chinese joint he got the meal he loved right at home! This Mongolian Beef recipe is just as good if not better (in his opinion) than takeout! This meal comes together in just 30 minutes and it's absolutely delicious!

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ lb of top sirloin or ribeye, thinly sliced
(for this video I only had top sirloin, so I used it, RIBEYE IS BETTER)
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tbsp Sweet Dark Soy sauce
2 tbsp Cornstarch
⅓ c. Of oil

1 Medium onion, chopped
3 stalks of scallions, chopped
2 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp ginger
½ black pepper

Mongolian Sauce:
2 tbsp of Soy sauce
2 tbsp Sweet Dark Soy sauce
2 tbsp Oyster sauce
2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine, Mirr
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Cornstarch
½ c. water
